I have been obsessed with this meal. It is such a cheap option if you’re on a budget. My favorite part of the meal is the roasted Brussels sprouts. The airfryer is my best friend.

Directions

Shred rotisserie chicken

Season to taste or use taco seasoning packet

Add sour cream to corn tortilla

Roll tortilla with seam side facing down

Throw in air fryer on 365 for 8 mins

Brussel sprouts

Cut stems off then chop in half

cover in olive oil

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder

Place flat side down on air fryer rack

400 for 8-10 mins
