Ideas for baby’s first week of food!

More than food ideas though, I wish someone told me that:

-Baby Led Weaning (as in avoiding purées) is a trend, and is not the only way to raise good eaters

-Throwing food is normal. Not liking solids is normal.

-Infants who eat a ton are overrepresented on the internet (theyre more interesting than infants who stare at their food!)

-If an account is making you question whether you’re doing the right thing, and is also selling something to “fix” that, they are manipulating you as part of their marketing strategy and you’re probably fine / don’t need that

-introducing food to baby can be difficult, and that’s normal! They will adjust!
