I am aggravated With myGuitar!!

I love playing guitar but it’s been a few months since I’ve picked it up. I don’t know if it is because it has been sitting for a month or two or that the pegs need a good tightening up? My bottom E won’t stay in tune at all. It will drop about as quick as I place my capo
