3 keys to Happiness 😇🔑

These are what I found important for my own happiness,, would like to share it with you guys <3

Positive emotions. I never ask you to neglect the negatives one but, try to replace/ balance them with positive feelings.

Engagement. Involve in activities that require your commitment, creativity, and energy. This is what enrich our lives.

Gratefulness. Be grateful for what you already have. Don’t always complain about life but start trying to appreciate little things. This would make life easier and happier.
