I can go on and on about why breakfast is so important.

Waking up and fueling your body is crucial. Your body runs on energy and we receive most of our energy from food. Without food we’ll feel tired and experience brain fog.

Eating in the morning is also crucial to prevent snacking or binging later in the day.

It’s also so important to note that you should not put a standard on your meals. Your breakfast doesn’t have to be aesthetic or anything fancy. You can simply eat some fruit with a slice of toast and some cottage cheese or some eggs with an english muffin. Setting a standard for your meals can cause you to stress over them and ultimately skip them.

Remember food is fuel!!
