Sams Club finds - Weight Loss Edition!

3 weight loss favorites from Sam’s Club:

1️⃣ Pork Carnitas.

These heat up in a skillet in 10 minutes and can provide lunches all week. Just put on low carb tortillas! They taste fantastic and reheat very well. No slimy, yucky packaged meat texture.

2️⃣ Chicken breast bites.

I love how these are portioned out with the macros on the front! How convenient! I plan to put these on salad all week!

3️⃣ Precooked chicken breasts.

These are already seasoned and grilled. I love the convenience of slicing them up and adding them to meals this week - pasta, casseroles, or with sauces.
