Kelp-Moon Residence

I built this house up from scratch for my Sim to have her family in! It is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath one story home on the beach of Tartosa. Her, her husband and three children are super happy here.

I typically do not use floor plans for my builds so the concept kinda just happens as I’m placing rooms. I start from the inside out which is what chooses the themes around the home. This house theme is more nautical given a mermaid lives here 💕
