Let me be honest

Honestly I’ve been having a really tough time with my mental health. It feels anytime I get sad I feel extremely depressed and I shut down. Even if I feel let down by others I shut down.

I feel myself breaking down slowly chipping away and I fear it might be too much for me to bounce back from. I struggle with my relationships my partner tries their best even if I don’t see them often. We are busy people and haven’t had time to see each other in a while. I long for their embrace. To feel loved and secure in some aspect in my life. I feel overworked and overwhelmed. #lemon8diarychallenge
