Cezanne review: Cheap... but is it actually good?🤔

Cezanne thoughtfully gave me a PR kit with their latest products (perks of creating content on lemon8!!!)

I normally use makeup from western and korean brands so it was rly fun trying Japanese makeup. Jap makeup tends to be catered toward fairer skin so I was pleasantly surprised to know this launch caters to southeast asian skin too!

☁️Cushion Foundation☁️

Contains squalene, ceramide, hyaluronic acid AND has SPF50 PA++++!

💭The cushion is super buildable to cover about 80% of my dark pigmentation (had to go in with my regular concealer). I found that it was clumping a little at my drier areas though!

💄Lip Colour Shield💄

Sheer, natural, glossy finish that is said to stay true to colour even after eating.

💭 This is one of my fave items in the collection. And this is coming from someone who ALWAYS uses Dior lipsticks… Cezanne did such a good job with these they are SO JUICY and moisturising! Also it doesn’t feel heavy and sticky like most glossy lippies!

💎Pearl Glow Nuancer💎

Highlighter + Blush in easy-to-use shades

💭 Another one of my fave items in the collection. The shine is so natural but still bright enough. The purplish one (shade N2) also helps to brighten up dull areas on your face because it’s purple!

✍🏻Gel Liner✍🏻

Eyeliner and eyeshadow (when blended out) in a natural brown colour

💭 I don’t use eyeliner but tried it for the sake of this review. It is SO EASY to use I normally can’t use eyeliner cos my hands are shaky but this glided on so well I didn’t even need to try again?! Love it!

👁️Eyeshadow👁️

Soft powder with moisturising ingredients and shades made to match our skin tones

💭 The shades match so well with the rest of the collection — You can mix and match combinations and you literally can’t go wrong. The bigger glitter pieces show better using your finger vs a brush! This palette is great for beginners :-)
