MAY 2023: Nude nails are IN! Here’s my take 😝💅🏻

As we move into the warmer seasons, it seems like more people are opting for more natural colours, away from funky colours and bright chromes.

Nude colours, pinks and browns are returning into favour.

This month, I did a purple/brown gradient into a natural pink tone that closely matches my original nail colour. There are so many benefits to this, with the biggest one being that it’s easy to maintain. The darker tips mean that I don’t need to worry about scratches while the nude base makes it less obvious once my nails have grown out (so I don’t need to rush to book an appt for removal esp w my busy working schedule 😵‍💫)

🫧 What do you think about natural colours coming back in trend? Personally, I really like the clean look of natural colours.

💡 Some other gradient ideas would be white tips and a pink base. Or if you don’t want to have a natural look, you can go for chrome tips with a black base. Regardless, gradients are super fun and easy, with most nail techs able to do them!
