Is everyone updating rewards programs?

This weekend I noticed Target is now offering target circle 360 where you now have to pay $99 for membership. Not free target circle where we used to collect cash back just a few months ago. Then somehow today Popeyes has my email and sent a update on their Rewards Terms and Conditions.

I haven’t read it (I barely eat there as it is), wouldn’t be shocked if there’s a pay wall there too! Haha.
