Amealco Mexican Kitchen in Atlanta, GA

If you're looking for authentic Mexican dishes in Atlanta, check out Amealco Mexican Kitchen! I loved my visit here, from the colorful interior with tons of traditional decoration, to the music (if you like Mana you'll love this place). The dishes are all very authentic with true Mexican flavors. We got to try the green aguachile with shrimp which is a popular appetizer of theirs, but next time I definitely would love to try the guacamole with grasshoppers! My favorite taco was the Governor, which came with the most delicious sauce and it wasn't too spicy! We also tried the Cielo Mar y Tierra Molcajete which comes with warm tortillas and a few sides. Our server and host was also so friendly and very knowledgeable of the dishes. This place has only been open for a few months so it's also nice to support new local businesses!
