That was my fear last year.

Even I bought into the media's "doom loop" and "mass exodus" narrative,

overlooking the inherent resilience and innovation of this region.

But after hundreds of hours of playing around with ChatGPT, this is my prediction today:

🪷 AI will cause our next housing bloom! 🪷

In near future,

small teams (as few as 2!) will use AI to

> complete monumental tasks quickly,

> have massive impact and success,

> and birth trillion-dollar companies

AI will encourage more entrepreneurs and confirm Silicon Valley as the tech monarch.

A new wealth bracket will be normalized and the cost of housing will be sky-high.

And all of us can benefit from this!

By purchasing these appreciating assets at today's prices.

Thank you to everyone who works in tech. You've made Silicon Valley into what it is today, for all of us to enjoy and prosper 🙏🏼
