Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer
For Salted Caramel Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
6 TBSP butter, sliced
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp sea salt
For Creamer:
1 cup salted caramel sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Start by making the caramel. In a small saucepan add your butter and sugar. Stir constantly over medium heat until liquid and smooth. Add in cream and whisk together until smooth. Remove from heat and add in sea salt. In a wide mouth quart jar add in milk, heavy cream, caramel, cinnamon, and vanilla. Using an immersion blender, blend together until thick and fluffy. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Make sure to shake well before each use. The ingredients will settle at the bottom. Enjoy! ☕️🍂☕️🍂
