Self care for Sickle Cell baddies

Not sure if y’all know but I have sickle cell trait. As I’ve gotten older my body is starting to get the best of me. My recovery rate has gotten longer and my weight gain has gotten harder to get rid of.

Not to mention my prolactin levels are off the roof high and I’m still getting acne at my big age (33).

My friend who also has sickle cell trait and is in her 40s uses these and they work well. Anything else works for you? What do you think?
