Kerja kat MNC best ke?

You know it’s been a dream of mine to work in a MNC. Apply sini apply sana still tak dapat since 2017, until i dapat offer!

Why I want to work there? Sebab I dah kerja macam2 company, yes I’m a job hopper. Company kecil memang susah nak dapat benefits banyak. Lepas tu ada strict itu ini. Gaji pun susah nak naik kan.

👍Why I like it:

- colleague sekufu 🤣 i pernah ye dulu kerja 3 bulan je sebab kena palau sbb diorang dah ada geng sendiri

- makan free. Kalau ada team ada big presentation je mesti ada makan free. Townhall sah2 makan free

- hybrid working

- flexible. I work from 8am-anytime I want sebab kerja semua dah siap. My boss cakap as long as your work is done, I’m defo okay if you want to finish early

- gaji naik 2 kali setahun. Bonus pun dapat every year.

- 2 hours time off every week. This is applicable to me sebab i work for Australia and NZ region and my boss is in Aussie so dia bagi i benefit ni sebab kat Asia region takde

- Understanding boss. She knows I have a daughter so she defo knows kids are always sick!! Bila I kena jaga anak sambil kerja, dia okay je. My daughter siap join the meeting 🥲🥲

Banyak lagi la benefits. If i were to look for another job, i will definitely come back here again one day. I suka sangat culture kat sini. And I suka kerja dengan orang dari merata dunia.
