5+1+1 Addictive Learning Method! Learn well, eat well, play well! Have you ever noticed that there are always people around who excel in their studies but also have a lot of leisure time? We often envy them, thinking it's probably because they are intelligent. 🤔 But is there a possibility that it's simply because they've found the most suitable way of learning? The addictive learning method is the best proof. Everyone can give it a try, and you can become the object of others' envy too. 👍

5+1+1=7: Divide the week into 3 parts.

1. Monday to Friday: Intensive Study

Put in maximum effort and focus. On the foundation of ensuring sufficient sleep, divide your time into two parts—one for concentrated study and the other for fragmented study, such as walking to class, eating in the cafeteria, taking short breaks, using your phone before bedtime. During these five days, make the most of these fragmented times; you can listen to audio with headphones or review incorrect questions on your phone.

Before bedtime, you can choose to memorize vocabulary (look at the words accumulated in practice tests); memorize a noun explanation. Before sleeping, you can briefly review the day's content; your brain will help you review it again, and then you can sleep.

Never look at your phone again; otherwise, all previous efforts will be in vain.

Maximize the use of Monday to Friday, enter a state of intense focus, which can help improve efficiency and utilize time.

2. Friday night + Saturday: Revel

This time belongs to you. You can reward yourself for a week of hard work by sleeping in the dorm all day. You can also go out with a few friends for shopping, eating, and watching movies. Or you can cuddle up with snacks in the dorm and watch a variety show you like.

When you have the anticipation of reveling on Saturday, you will perform better on weekdays.

3. Sunday: Review

Take a piece of paper and carefully record what you learned during the week, how you utilized your time, and the level of focus throughout the week. When you look at the comprehensive content, you will feel a strong sense of satisfaction and determination to continue working hard in the future.

At this moment, the brain will release hormones that make you happy. This is the brain's reward mechanism for itself and for you. Such positive feedback effects will enhance your interest in learning.

After reviewing, it's time to make a list for the next week, planning what you want to accomplish. Don't put this off until Monday because that's when you need to start executing the plan. If you wait until Monday, it may delay your completion of the planned tasks.

After making the plan, read some foreign publications because on weekdays, you're focused on tasks related to your professional courses and might not have time for these. You can also read books that interest you, preparing yourself for the battle of returning to Monday's work mode.

Regular reviewing is to help you better understand yourself and fill yourself with energy.

4. Instant Rewards:

After sticking to the routine for a month, reward yourself with something, whether it's a cup of bubble tea, a hotpot dinner, or an item of clothing you've been eyeing. In conclusion, the rewards you set should be proportional to your effort and perseverance.
