My mom used to say as soon as the kids go back to school, the temperature drops. And as soon as they get used to their new routine, the leaves change.

Adjusting to the changing seasons is hard, especially as August is such an intense transition period in the year. We go from bright, overgrown summer, full of life and energy to cold, quiet autumn. Autumn is beautiful, that’s undeniable, but it can be harsh on our bodies. The days grow darker, the weather becomes harsher, we turn inwards, naturally becoming weaker. 🍂

This season can quickly overwhelm us if we don’t take a moment to pause, reflect, and plan for the coming months. So don’t let the latter half of the year overwhelm you. Adjust into the person you need to be right now. 🤎
