Hi! Lemoner...

2nd try for 2024 😅

Since the 1st try failed miserably 😩

I'm going to share my weight every time so that we can go through this together (mainly for my encouragement).

I had rice, fried chicken and okra during brunch but I forgot to snap the picture. 😅

I had eggs with black pepper kewpie and honey during dinner. It was okay. 😆

Mainly, I would take only one carbo meal either brunch/sahur or dinner/buka and I would cut my sugar intake as much as possible. 😖

Hopefully you guys would give useful tips and tricks to help me succeed. 🤩
