Lancôme palette review 🎀🤍

Alright so I guess you can call me miss Lancôme, but I’ve been trying all kinds of beauty products from them over the last month. These were kindly gifted, but no posting/review was required!

PALETTE BREAKDOWN:

I love that the palette comes with a guide taped to the mirror letting you know which shades to place where - especially for beginners, this is a nice touch.

SHADES:

Smokeys - These are my fave of the bunch. I think they have the most versatility, and a warmth to them that I feel would complement many different skin tones.

Base - I gotta say that I hate this one lmao. If you have even a DASH of melanin, it’s gonna be too light for you. I won’t be using it.

Crease + Highlight - Again, for me this crease color is not it. It’s too pink and too light for me to use in the crease, and I usually prefer something more terracotta leaning. However, the highlight shade is cute! This is a true neutral with some shimmer that I think could be multi-use in a lot of everyday shadow looks.

Overall, I’m not sure I’d recommend purchasing this one if you have a skin tone that’s deeper than light/medium. It’s a super cute concept for travel though, and I know they have different shade ranges available in these palettes, so there are other options!
