Dinner: Fried plantain

Have you ever had plantain before? How do you like to eat them? Fried or boiled? Me, I eat them either way. Today I made decided to fry them because it’s quicker and saves time.

We eat them with any stew like chicken, beef or anything that goes with it especially home cooked beans.

My family rarely goes out to eat, I literally wake and sleep in my kitchen so you know money is not being wasted at some fancy restaurants.

Today I decided to go grocery shopping and stock up on some of the main ingredients I usually use to cook like, vegetables, poultry, fish and beef.

Save yourself money and really cut out on some unnecessary spending, it’s ok to splurge here and there but don’t make it a habit to the point where kids are no longer eating healthy.
