🇹🇭 the BEST cafes i have ever been to

i recently went to kanchanaburi when i visited thailand, and im so so so excited to share with you my itenarary!

🍹after the rain

this is literally the BESTTTTT cafe i have ever been too. the entire place was so aesthetic and so so so pretty. it was really big with many seating areas. there is also a river and customers can ride the boat for FREE as long as you purchase over 200 baht worth of food (which is really so easy to hit btw). the staff told us that the whole course would take about 30-40mins but because we did not have time, we just opted to take pictures in the boat! how the whole boat thing works is that after ordering, you MUST pay first. then, the staff member would place you in a queue system and when its your turn, they will call you! there is also a huge swing and behind it is all greens and trees and our pictures turned out so pretty!

moving on to the star, the food. it was SUPER SUPER SUPER YUMMYY!! for drinks, we got the peach and lychee smoothie, which is one of their top drinks. it was so refreshing and with each sip, you can taste a rich amount of both peach and lychee! it was really the best drink i have ever had! for the food, we got the chocolate banana toast and it was sooo good as well. the toast was crispy on the edges and so fluffy on the inside. together with the chocolate ice cream and chocolate sauce, it was just the best thing to ever exist 😋😋😋 i really miss this so so much, you must must must try this place!!

i actually didn’t try anything from this place HAHAHA. we have to wait outside the cafe for a seat at our desired location (you can only choose one!) the staff were actually too busy then and kinda left us alone without a seat, so we just took the chance to snap some pictures and left 😅😅😅 would love to come back to the food here though.

i had lunch here right after the safari zoo after seeing many recommendations, however, i would say that this place was a miss unfortunately:( we initially opted for the seats in the outdoor area but there were too many insects and the distance between the table and chairs were too far, it was also getting hot so we moved indoors instead. we had the tom yum soup which was average and the pineapple fried rice which was not too my liking. we also had the watermelon smoothie was refreshing but tasted normal as well.

OVERALL, kanchanaburi is honestly such a pretty and interesting place. there are many other places i haven gotten to visit yet in kanchanaburi and i would definitely be back !
