🇰🇷 save this place for the BEST kbbq in seoul

how can anyone leave korea without having kbbq??? i’ve tried multiple kbbq restaurants in seoul, including the famous ones like wangbijib, but no one restaurant can compare to this 🥹

located at apgujeong, 잠수교집 5호점 is located along a small alley but you can be sure to recognise it from the neon led lights at the entrance!

we ordered the pork belly and the frozen pork belly to try. we were then given a HUGE tray of banchan which the staff helped us to grill together with the meat. a really special thing i noticed was the cup placed at the slanted end of the grill used to collect the excess oil so we could just have the meat without having to drain it further!

while the meat seemed like any other regular meat, it tasted so so so so SO GOOD. they were not tough at all, and together with the banchan, the combination was just superior 😋😋😋
