🇰🇷 we ate at this restaurant by a famous chef 😮

craving for jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk? try Hong Kong Banjeom 0410. they have outlets open in many areas such as myeongdong, hongdae, dongdaemun and seongsu. i tried the dongdaemun branch and it was JAW DROPPING 😮😮😮

for 3 people, we had 2 jjajangmyeon (6000 KRW) and a tangsuyuk (14900 KRW, meant for 2 pax). we wanted to try the jjampong but sadly, it wasn’t available at that time ☹️

the jjajangmyeon was just as you see in mukbangs. there was a pleasant asmr when you stir the noodles and with each slurp, the chewiness of rhe noodles complements so well with the jjajang sauce. the portion given was also huge but because it was so good, we finished every bit of it 🤭🤭🤭

the tangsuyuk though, it was shocking. the skin was crunchy and the meat was SUPER SUPER tender. i always wondered how it would taste like and if it would be similar to the sweet and sour pork we have in singapore. but nope, it’s completely different. the tangsuyuk sauce was sweet with a slight hint of sourness. the sauce, together with the pork, gives a pleasant and satisfying taste with each and every bite

hong kong banjeom 0410 is opened by baek jong won, the super famous chef in korea which explains how amazing the food there is. i highly recommend everyone to consider coming here if you’re in for the best korean chinese restaurant in korea
