for everyone who has not been educated on Greek and Italian culture the statutes that have nudity in it were mostly male individuals that either had power/money or were important like Julius Caesar for example. The last statue was a statue of David. He was an important man at the time because he was a biblical character that were important to the Michelangelo created his “interpretation” of what she would look like physically accurate. He was in nine-year-old boy who was skinny, but that wouldn’t be pleasant to look at so that made her more attractive.
