Snack ideas without 🙅🏻‍♀️red dye 40

We can’t be perfect right? We’re all human!

While I’m not overly strict with red dye 40 -

when shopping I do make an effort to make more red dye 40 conscious decisions..I mean have we not all seen the same horror stories that circulate on Facebook? 😅

These are just a few snack options that I found today! That from as far as I can tell by the labels don’t contain red40!

Obviously these still aren’t the healthiest of snacks, but hey my kids like them and I feel little like I’m doing something right lol!

- These Whales are amazing and 10x better than goldfish

- Breakfast bars (my son loves these)

- First time trying these Black Forrest fruit snacks & they were liked by all! And only $5.24 for this box 👌🏼

Let me clarify that I’m no red40 professional, maybe these do contain red40 and I just can’t read a label correctly, but from my knowledge they don’t and that’s a win for us!
