Simple. Different. Yummy.
Brown 2lbs of ground beef
Cook in one whole onion
Garlic powder
Mix 2 cans of sloppy joe sauce (or make your own)
Boil pasta of choice (I used rotini for this recipe)
Mix pasta and beef mixture together
Spray baking dish with non stick spray
Dump everything into baking dish
Top with mozzarella
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (until cheese is nice and bubbly)
I served with sweet Hawaiian rolls
