Making friends in your 20s

This is always tough for me to do but I’m treating this as a journal entry. I’m being very vulnerable but I know I’m not the only one struggling with this.

I’m 21 years old and I’m finding it hard to find ways to make friends while not in college. All I do is work and hang out with family or my boyfriend. Getting lemon8 has already shown me that there’s a community of girls who need that community of support and are struggling to find it.

I want to be able to have a friend that understands everything and knows what it’s like to be a girl in this world. I’m reaching out with the idea of making a group chat/ friend group where we can create a friendship no matter where we are in this world.
