A Perfect Book to Gift to Your Non-reader Friends

Hello, my loves, readers and dreamers of Lemon8!

If you're like me, you're already thinking about what to buy for the holidays for those folks on our lists that have everything. You know the ones, they are the hardest to buy for! I've got a few ideas coming up in the next few weeks about books you can buy for them, whether or not they are readers! The first one is this delightfully fun, display-worthy book called The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows. It's gorgeous enough just to sit on a shelf, but it's also really fun to read. It's small, so it won't intimidate your non-reader friends, but also long enough to keep you entertained and possibly help you fall back in love with words.

It's written in a dictionary style, and are all fabricated words based in real etymology, about feelings or circumstances that there aren't any English words that properly encapsulate them! You've likely heard of sonder, and petrichor, words that came out of this project and others like it!
