August Reading Wrap-Up

Hello, all you sweet reading friends! I know it's been a few weeks since August but I'm desperately behind on my reading wrap up posts... just part of late summer for me unfortunately. In any case, I read more than I thought I did (and so far MUCH more than I've read in September!) Here's a quick recap:

✨️ 1- A Witches Guide to Fake Dating a Demon sounded much more fun than it was. I found it really difficult to get into and believe, even though, you know - it's a romantasy.

✨️ 2- The Honeymoon Crashers was cute and sweet, set in Hawaii. The audio had sound effects and multiple cast members! It was fun

✨️ 3- Cunk on Everything would have been better for me if it had been a physical book rather than an audio. It's a dictionary of stuff, all completely hilariously misinterpreted, by the Netflix Mockumentary star Philomena Cunk

✨️ 4- Double Decker Dreams was also fairly sweet, but I found the FMC to be too mean and selfish for my tastes. The prince charming was cute though!

✨️5- Silver in the Bone is the King Arthur retelling (ish) you didn't know you needed. It's a world where Avalon exists, plus magic and zombies.

✨️6- Business or Pleasure was another romcom, and while I liked this one, I did prefer Solomon's other works a bit better.
