3 (More) Dark Academia Books You Need to Read

Hello, my book loving darlings! With fall comes the advent of all things dark academia!! I cannot wait to buy some tiny pumpkins and get in the mood for fall. It's my very favorite!

Dark Academia is a buzz word right now! What books are considered dark academia? I've gathered a few here that I love - if you've read them, do let me know! This is Part TWO!!

1- Babel by R.F. Kuang: A historical fantasy treatise on colonialism in the 1800s, with a group of friends at Oxford, where the lauded school is a magical university and the world's magic is language based?? Sign. Me. Up. It might not be an easy read, but it's a fantastic one.

2- The Atlas Six by Olivie Blake: The Library of Alexandria chooses magical prodigy that battle it out to become librarian? Ruthless, backstabbing, and cruel, the characters will convince you that magic isn't for the weak (and, you know, those who actually are good humans)

3- The Scholomance: A Deadly Education - by Naomi Novik: A Magical school with no teachers, only monsters that hide and try to eat the students alive? The tests and trials, the backstabbing and cliques? Just like highschool but with a lot of magical death.
