Q: Have you ever read a book that gave you a mental boost?

Hello my loves! While there is absolutely nothing wrong with books that contain high stakes, improbable happily ever afters, wars, and problem solving outside a normal human's means, I do love to find books that fill me with hope! No cliffhangers! No using magic to whisk away a problem! Sometimes it's nice to read books that leave me feeling satisfied and fulfilled at the end!

Each of the following five star reads has aspects that really resonate with me as a human being. Found Family? Check. Optimism? Check. People looking out for each other? Check.
