Due to a newly diagnosed autoimmune condition, I’ve become a label reader!

I have been getting really into reading the ingredients of my food in an attempt to lessen my SLE symptoms.

My diet is mostly animal-based with some fruit as snacks because I need a sweet treat.

The Fresh Market has tons of great stuff at a more affordable price than most places.

I was so unaware of all of the toxins in many of my everyday foods even in spices like salt! I can honestly say I feel the difference since making this subtle switches.

I was scared to eat clean because I am a broke college student but I have gotten very good at finding the cheapest option for a good quality food.
