Homemade French Fries 🍟

Since I’ve started making fries at home I honestly cannot go back to frozen store bought. There is a significant difference in the taste and freshness.

The key is the ice bath to get all the starch off the potato and then completely drying the fry with paper towel.

Also make sure the frying oil is hot.
