This is a lot, but I got it.

In nursing school, the focus is often on clinical skills, medical knowledge, and hands-on patient care, but one area that doesn’t always get enough attention is the importance of English composition and college-level reading and writing. These skills are critical not only for clear communication in patient charts and reports but also for comprehending and analyzing complex medical literature.

This semester, I’m taking two classes that are worth 8 credits combined, and they have to be completed within just 8 weeks. In order to succeed, I need to pass one class with a “B” and the other with a “C” or better. The workload is intense, but mastering these writing and reading skills will ultimately make me a better, more effective nurse.

Balancing these courses with my nursing studies has been challenging, but I know that passing them is key to advancing in my program and strengthening my overall communication skills as a healthcare professional.#lpn #futurelpn
