Friendly reminder for those with anxiety!!

This heat wave is brutal. I’m on Zoloft and definitely experienced dehydration in the heat faster than others. I was working out when I became very lightheaded and nauseous. It is very important to eat full meals, stay overly hydrated (i personally love propel for extra electrolytes) and stay cool. Avoid going outdoors in this heat if you can, it can be dangerous for extended periods of times especially for us!! Pay attention to your body and signs when you need to be in the shade or somewhere cool. Take it easy and stay safe!!🤍
