Living Room Upgrade (swipe for original)

Our Living Room got a major upgrade. As the first room of the house, we wanted to ensure it made an impact and set the tone for our entire vibe. The original owners of the home hadn't made any updates since the home was built in '89.

Some major changes happened between these two pics:

• New hardwood flooring & baseboards

• Level 5 Finish on the walls vs the textured walls from the original

• Redid the ceiling to create cleaner lines

• Removed the arched entry way, enlarged the size and squared the corners.

• Installed all new can lighting (original only had two can lights, we added 10

• Upgraded fireplace with Quartz

• Matte paint on the walls

• Furniture and decor selected and sourced by my husband and I

• All new window treatments (powered Roman shades)

We were able to better maximize the space and create something that looked more luxurious.
