Flight Attendant Meal Prep Guide

Here’s a pretty typical meal prep! Luckily I was home a bunch this week so I was able to use leftovers from dinner I made!

I can heat up food on the plane in the aircraft ovens. I use glass containers that are oven proof, and then I also bring a little cookie sheet so I can use it as a plate or heat things up on that as well!

This Fellow mug is my favorite thing in the whole world and is *actually* leak proof!

My favorite containers are these Pyrex with 3 compartments and the Rubbermaid brilliance containers because they’re leakproof!
