Must Do Activities on Vacation

I just went to Ocean City, Maryland with my friends and we had the absolute best time. This was our third year crashing my friend, Marissa’s, family vacation. We first started going in 2021 and we have had a great time every time.

There’s so much to do it can be overwhelming, but I’m here to simplify it for you.

Sunset Dinner:

Go to Fager’s Island for a sunset dinner. It’s absolutely beautiful and they have a sunset ceremony every night. And that is all I’ll say not to spoil it.

Day Drinking:

Head to Seacrets, Jamaica USA (don’t worry, it’s fully in Ocean City, Maryland). It’s on 49th Street off the main road. We took the bus to get there from our hotel and it was about a 20ish minute ride. You sit out in the water at a table where a server bring you your drinks. It’s the most fun day of the trip every time.

Tanning on the Beach:

Make sure to wear your SPF! The beach is accesible to everyone, but bring your own towels, chairs, umbrellas, tents, or anything else you may want.

Listen to Live Music:

Lost in Paris is a late-night Seacrets classic. They are honestly pretty good. They do covers of your favorite dance songs on a huge dance floor. It’s a rocking club tbh.

Flashback Old Time Photos:

I’ve never done this before, but the boardwalk had an old timey photo place where you dress up as flappers, saloon girls, princesses, farmers, etc. My friends and I did a 1920s western saloon/bonnie and clyde aesthetic. We had so much fun playing dress up and having a photoshoot. I WILL warn you, it can be pricey, so check that out before you go.
