CRUMBL COOKIE REVIEW: ARE THESE FLAVORS WORTH IT?

i am a die hard fan of chip city cookies in new york city, & exclusively get my cookies from there (with some levain sprinkled in there every once in a while)

i largely think crumbl is overly hyped & only makes sense to get for people who live in areas without access to amazing thick & uniquely flavored cookies like the ones you can easily get in nyc 🥴

i’ve had crumbl a few times and think their flavors are largely hit or miss! sharing my thoughts on this week’s crumbl flavors so you can pick the GOOD flavors next time you go:

🍪 twix - i thought i would LOVE this flavor but it was too milk chocolate heavy in my opinion. if you aren’t the biggest fan of rich and sweet milk chocolate, this might be overwhelming but if you love milk chocolate (like my fiancé) you’ll be obsessed. he really enjoyed it

🍪 cookies and cream - i was super excited for this one because i am a HUGGGGE cookies and cream lover but was underwhelmed with this. the flavor of white chocolate chips overpowered the cookies and cream flavor (but in the few seconds i was able to taste the black cocoa oreo flavor, it was really nice)

🍪 snickerdoodle - i know crumbl is more known for their frosting covered over the top flavors, but this was a HIT for me! definitely one of the best snickerdoodles i’ve ever had. it was super chewy & balanced really well!

🍪 oatmeal raisin - i really enjoy this one! the texture was really chewy & moist but surprisingly the flavor wasn’t as brown sugar forward as most oatmeal raisin cookies are. i love the flavor of brown butter & brown sugar (it’s usually my fav part of an oatmeal raisin cookies) but i somehow still really liked this one. would def recommend you try if you visit
