Back with another cafe hopping series and this time I decided to head to Brotherbird Coffeehouse for brunch AND GUESS WHAT I discovered my new-found love ❤️🤤

📖 Brotherbird is a home-grown bakery that specialises in mochi donuts, speciality coffee, and of course croissants that comes in interesting flavours! The interior looks minimalistic and gives off that nostalgic feel where you can sit and chill all-day sipping a hot beverage and happily munching your pastries 🤩

🍋 Lemon Meringue Croissant (SGD $5)

⁃ Lemon curd, italian meringue

🦐 Mentaiko Prawn Twice-Baked (SGD $6.50)

⁃ Mentaiko prawn filling, mozzarella cheese, ito garashi

The croissants were really interesting and rich in flavours. You can literally browse all the offerings once you step into the bakery. From regular chocolate croissants to twice-baked croissants 🥐. I personally like the lemon one because there’s a creamy texture inside which makes it unique yet rich. If you’re a mentaiko lover, be sure to give the mentaiko one a try because it HITS different when it’s crunchy and hot 😍

🍩 Signature Mochi Donut (SGD $15)

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, this is my new found love! This mochi donut taste SO LEGIT and good. The donut is like mua chee sticky chewy texture and is super filling, sweet and delicious. This is the vanilla cream one and the flavour changes every season so do make sure you check them out for the seasonal menu!

Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service here can be quite slow due to the shortage of manpower and crowd 🥵. Don’t be surprised seeing people queuing for the purchase of Brotherbird’s bakes!
