Here are some of my favorite healthy meal & snack recipe ideas! I hope you enoy them !

Meal 1 : Chicken & veggies cabob over whole grain rice.

Meal 2: LARGE Zucchini, sliced & topped with your choice of tomato sauce ( I make my own from scratch from my garden tomatoes 🍅) and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀 ( you can add any other veggies you like )

Snack 1: Cold cut meats, pretzels, pickled beets & home made pepper 🌶️ jelly !

Snack 2: All veggiee carrots 🥕, tomatoes 🍅, pickles, cucumber 🥒 just to name a few!
