These are a few of my go-to snacks when eating in a deficit.

Some of the things I look for in a good snack are:

- low calorie & high volume

- high protein

- high fibre

- lower calorie versions of foods I enjoy (because, let’s face it, bagels are good!)

This selection isn’t exhaustive, but covers most bases and hopefully gives you some ideas to help you reach your goals!

(And if you’re looking at the berries and melon thinking “but they contain sugar”... No one got fat from snacking on melon!)
