Quick & easy garlic bread recipe! For parties or gatherings, slice the baguette into half and apply the garlic butter generouslyโ๐ป

Serves 2 pax:
โขgarlic 2 cloves ๐ง
โขbread (I like to go with baguette) ๐ฅ
โขunsalted butter ๐ง
โขsalt ๐ง
โขchili flakes ๐ถ๏ธ (optional)
โขsugar (optional)
โขfresh parsley (optional)

LET'S GET COOKING
1. Finely dice 2 cloves of garlic. I like mine as a paste. So I added a pinch of salt & mash it with the knife.
2. Add garlic paste to the butter.
** use a microwave to soften the butter to save time. Be careful not to melt them completely!
3. Pre heat the oven at 200ยฐC.
4. Spread the butter on the bread. Be generous with the butter. Sprinkle the chili flakes & parsley at this point.
6. Pop the bread into the oven for 5 minutes. The will be cripsy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
** if you like it "biscuit" style, go for 8-10 minutes. It should be cripsy but a little hard.
7. I tried a garlic bread once & it's spicy yet sweet because it's sprinkled over with sugar. Thus, I always have a mix of both. Once the timer hits, take out the tray & sprinkle some sugar over the bread.
