more #MidYearLobang posts cause I know y’all love good deals!! while I used to frequent my lash tech (as you all know & booked her out), I realized that the retention recently haven’t been too great (maybe it’s due to me wearing makeup too but) - especially lower lashes 😭 which I love to get cause it RLY a changed up your whole look INSTANTLY 🤍 previously it only lasted up to 3 days.. then I found this NEW lash place with WHAT AN AMAZING OFFER?!? 50% OFF LASHES? 😘 had to try it especially because they specialize in chinese style lashes you see on douyin/XHS which are super popular!

personally i always do extensions instead of lift even though I do makeup & use fake eyelashes cause you can NEVER can manga/anime/manhua lashes without fake eyelashes/just based on mascara & lash lifts 🥹 I’ll go in depth about why I felt this place was better!!! for a full tour & videos of how my lashes look like: HERE

FEATHER-LIKE LASHES 😏 ———

i immediately noticed the difference when I looked at my lashes & touched them!! they’re super thin & as compared to my previous ones, they were lighter too! the benefit is that it won’t make your eyes feel heavy (I know some people don’t like lashes cause they feel burdensome/heavy!) 😳 other than that, it’s less stiff so I won’t accidentally rub my eyelashes off (w my natural ones) which I did previously so I now have a HOLE in my natural lashes.. 😭 it also makes the spikes more natural looking but still obvious 🤍

RETENTION RATE 💛 ———

while it has only been a few days, my lower lashes are intact even tho my eyes water a lot, especially in my sleep. that usually made my lower lashes from prev lash tech drop in 1-3 days (& I paid $20 to top up..) this time round I’m loving my lower lashes even more (rly looks like manga lashes) & they don’t look too fake either 🤍

INTERIOR 😀 ———

SO COMFY!! ✨ definitely better than any home-based I’ve visited cause the area’s super clean & calming!! the bed was too comfy I fell asleep the whole time 🤭 they also have multiple beds & lash techs so you can do lash extensions together with your friends!!! ☺️

PROCESS 😉 ———

they have a lash menu for you to browse & choose your design or you could go with the very basic kind! could show them pictures too~ they told me everyone’s natural lashes are different so same styles might look different on each! they told me I had a hole in my lash line 😭 but also took note of how my natural lashes fall to choose the right curl for me.

as usual I always share what I love & DONT about something~ the lash techs speak chinese better so it might be slightly harder if you’re not good at it! but that’s not a dealbreaker cause you’ll still understand! takes a while… because they’re SO METICULOUS, they check your natural lash state, decide on your lash curls (I got D! based on your natural lash whether it’s curls up or droops down etc.) & are rly super detailed with the design (they use so many different kinds & length) so the quality translates!! ⭐

honestly I LOVED the lashes & I think that 50% off is SUCH a steal especially for a mall-based salon with professional lash techs (not self-trained)! & since douyin/XHS/manhua/manga/anime lashes are so in trend rn, what better way to get ACTUAL chinese style lashes?? it’s safe to say I’ll be back 😛
