HAIR INSPIRATION 💙 ———

the moment I saw itzy ryujin with blue hair, I’ve wanted to try it out since FOREVER!! 😭 & ive never gotten the courage to (am v indecisive) & due to commitments like internship I couldn’t colour my hair! now that I’m free (haha literally!) I decided to just go with BLUE HIGHLIGHTS! mia suggested that I dye my natural hair DARKER as well because the highlights wouldn’t have much difference against my natural hair! for my haircut she said my current bob was sadly #NotForMe because it doesn’t suit my face shape!! (as someone who’s more average built/has a round face) she said tassel bob which is SUPER trendy in korea right now is better! so I just trusted her & went with it~ 😊

HIGHLIGHTS 🧚🏻‍♂️ ———

professional work TRULY is diff! i always bleached my own hair but ended up in uneven lifting/burning of my scalp/damaging my hair 😭 but if you want your hair to stay healthy, I definitely recommend going to a PROFESSIONAL! she did it SO FAST & efficient w her 2 assistants & the highlights were just done SO WELL w amazing placing & lifting so even if the blue fades it’ll be SUPER PRETTY! 🤍 the rotating heat machine was so cool as well! truly a luxury!!

HAIR WASH & COLOUR 💙 ———

super comfy. & the shampoo/conditioner smelled SO GOOD! left my hair feeling so amazing as well, & the assistant was SO GOOD at massaging my head I almost fell asleep 😴 she went with MIDNIGHT BLUE so when it fades there will be many shades of blue~ & it was also trending in korea for such midnight blue colours! 😏 (think IU, wheein from mamamoo)

SUCHEHWA 7 STEP TREATMENT 😚 ———

THIS. was the BEST thing ever!!! 😍 I can’t explain how much I LOVED THIS & it’s a treatment everyone should try out especially if you have damaged hair!!! my hair felt SO SMOOTH & SILKY afterwards & it’s super good because after chemical services your hair will get super damaged!! but my hair after the treatment felt SOFTER than my previous natural hair 🤯 the whole process was also so soothing & relaxing I felt like it took away my stress!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

CUT ✂️ ———

SO MANY people complimented me on my hair!! other than the colour they also said it frames my face rly nicely! I have natural chubby cheeks (cries in insecurity) but this haircut makes me look SO GOOD & complements my face shape so so well!! I’ve always preferred long hair because I felt like that was more feminine but nowadays we see more and more short hair/bobs in the korea/japan media industry because it’s apparently a trendy haircut now! to make you look cute but at the same time sexy?! 😝 & literally received so much love for this look I was no longer associating feminity with long hair!!! ☺️
