finally! a kindle with color! 😍🌈

we asked and amazon delivered! the kindle colorsoft is here!

but the price tag is super surprising. if you don’t read comic books or books with lots of illustrations, it’s hard to justify $279 on a new reader.

As someone who mostly reads novels and doesn’t typically annotate my books, it’s not that big of a draw for me. Yes it’s also faster, but i have no issues with my current kindles response time, so that’s not enough to make me upgrade just yet.

Will you be getting the kindle colorsoft? or will you be like me and wait for it to go on sale during the next prime day?
