how to make anime style pancakes! 🥞

i’ve been experimenting with my cooking lately, and i realized that a lot of recipes can be made better by using milk instead of water.

so a one day i decided to try it on my pancakes and omg! they reminded me of the videos and pictures i always see of the japanese pancakes i’ve always wanted to try so bad.

i only had one egg this time around, but the next time i do this i think i’ll add a second egg to make them even fluffier!
