this update makes the apple watch so worth it! ⌚️

finally you can set a daily goal for your rings! I have been setting my ring goals super low so that i can hit them even on the days i work out! or i do the opposite and i only hit my goals on the days i work out and break my streaks. so now, it’ll be easy to keep track!

there’s also a new training mode and a vitals app. i’m not sure if i’ll get too much use out of those, but i’m sure runners and consistent lifters will use those all the time.
