Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

These were the easiest steak fajitas and so yummy🤤 I hate when cooking takes hours of work so this meal was literally a savior. so simple so good you have to try

Recipe:

3 bell peppers, sliced into strips

1/2 of a red onion, 1/4 sliced 1/4 chopped in guac

1 lb steak sliced into small pieces (they usually sell them precut for stir fry and stuff)

1 tbsp cumin

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp oregano

Salt

Black pepper, to taste 2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp enchilada sauce

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

Tortillas

toppings!! (we did lettuce, cheese, sour cream, corn, guac)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prep your veggies and steak, add them to the baking sheet and toss with all of the seasonings, oil, and enchilada sauce.

3. Spread into one layer and bake for 10 minutes

Toss, then return to the oven for 10-15 minutes

4. Mix in black beans & serve
